About Me

Well, as my photos would suggest, I do some modeling. This, however, is little more than an entertaining side project for me. I'm an attorney specializing in trademark, copyright and patent infringement litigation. I've been at it for 8 years now. So .... why take up modeling in my thirties? I get this question all the time so I figured I'll answer it right here. Ummm... I'd attribute it in small part to general boredom and in large part to an early mid-life crisis. As for the boredom, well..... while many people think my job sounds utterly fascinating, it is, in fact, excruciatingly boring the vast majority of the time. Thus, to the extent I can find the time in my schedule, I do some swimsuit and lingerie modeling as a fun and much-needed diversion. Also, it keeps me from feeling borderline suicidal at the thought that I spend most days rotting behind a desk as the last remnants of my youthful attractiveness dissipate with each passing hour. (OK, so I can be a bit melodramatic. But you try spending 10-12 hours a day writing briefs on pharmaceutical patent infringement and tell me how depressed YOU get!) Trust me, anyone in my position would crave some mindless activity. Not to mention, I'm very much a girlie-girl, who LOVES lingerie, stripper shoes, and basically any type of salacious garment or trampy outfit. :) I get pretty damn bored of suits and conservative 3-inch pumps everyday. So what better mindless hobby than one that also allows me to wear all the trashy things I love so dearly and occasionally get paid to be glamorous? ............................................................ ................................. Lately I've even been thinking how nice it would be to do it full time for few years..... put the law degree on a shelf and actually do something fun for a while. I figure you can always go back to practicing law with sagging breasts and a fat ass... but you can only model while that stuff is tight and in its full, upright position, right? Too bad I still have 90 grand in student loans.... Hmmmmmmm... better stick to my day job.. lol. .............................................. A final note: I am not on myspace to get dates, so would you PLEASE, PLEASE be so kind as to NOT ask me out. I AM SPOKEN FOR!!!! Myspace is a great way to keep in touch with my friends around the country, and occasionally meet genuinely nice people with something of value to offer. Also, it often puts me in touch with people who can advance my modeling "hobby" in some way. In that regard, I appreciate any such inquiries or proposals from photographers and the like, but if you're really just a bozo with a camera, please don't bother me. I don't have time for that shit.PS- NOTE TO THOSE WHO ARE BECOMING UNDULY EXCITED ABOUT THE PUBLICATION OF MY WEBSITE, WHICH IS STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT: THERE WILL BE NO NUDITY WHATSOEVER. IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A GARDEN VARIETY, ONLINE MODELING PORTFOLIO. EXACTLY WHAT YOU SEE HERE, ONLY MORE OF IT. SO COOL YOUR BISCUITS!!!

My Interests

TRUE love.

I'd like to meet:

I'll add pretty much anybody. I have no time to split hairs. But PLEASE understand I have no time to chit chat on here. While I'd love to partake in all the scintillating and intelligent banter you're eager to share with me, I'm gonna have to pass. I can barely keep up with my work-related e-mail.

Music:

Everything from speed metal to Mozart to Manilow. Very special place in my heart for 80's hair bands, though. Guns N Roses and Ratt are probably my two favorite bands.

Movies:

It would take a few days to list all my favorites. My TOP favorite movies of all time are The Color Purple, Yentl, Braveheart, Schindler's List, Shawshank Redemption, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Lost in Translation, Amores Perros, Million Dollar Baby, Deerhunter, High Fidelity, Say Anything, Immortal Beloved, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, and Grease (still). I love any good film of historical relevance, Roots, Apollo 13. Also love war movies (Platoon, Saving Private Ryan, Full Metal Jacket, Apocalypse Now, etc); I love ALL the John Hughes films, (of course, I'm a child of the 80's,) lots of foreign films... and of course a wide variety of shameless, romantic chick-flicks such as Pretty Woman and Love Actually (my new favorite of all time).

Television:

I don't have too much time to watch TV but when I do, I prefer it to be informative, or funny.... (unless it involves animals, in which case it needn't be informative NOR funny, and I'll still be happily glued to it for hours.) I LOVE Animal Planet, and would gladly quit my job to stay home and watch it all day. Shows I'd also watch all day if I were lucky enough to be unemployed? Discovery, TLC, The National Geographic Channel and the History Channel. I'm also a junkie for documentaries on just about anything or anyone. E! True Hollywood Story and A&E Biography are probably the best. Finally, I will admit to watching an unhealthy amount of VH1, E! and Comedy Central. I love VH1's "Best Week Ever" (Joel Stein and my buddy Sherrod Small rule!!) I love "The Soup" on E! (Joel McHale is so awesome). And I can watch SNL reruns til I puke.Lastly, Real Time with Bill Maher is THE best f*cking show on television and right-wing conservative morons everywhere should watch and learn something....

Books:

FAR, FAR too many to name. I read almost exclusively non-fiction books, though.

Heroes:

My mom & dad, hands down. No where without them. After them, a variety of feminist icons and other brave, progressive women who were ahead of their time: Gloria Steinem, Betty Friedan (RIP), Susan B. Anthony, Carrie Chapman Catt, Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Eleanor Roosevelt, and the women of RAWA. I also LOVE Tina Fey and all the women of Saturday Night Live. Funniest bitches on the planet!!
