Learn from your mistakes. I never remember mine so I keep on drinking.

About Me

Not much to tell really. I am a scientific researcher, and have a Ph. D. in Chemistry with a background in Physics. Quite boring actually. Besides my passion for science, I enjoy a variety of sports, I also have a keen interest in music, news and current affairs and am an avid Liverpool FC fan.

------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------

I love pubbing, clubbing, and bar hopping. Hangovers are a reminder of an amazing night, sometimes the only one you have.

------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------

Just trying to find a place for me in life at the moment. Could do with some help.

My Interests

Whatever is interesting.

I'd like to meet:

My maker, and ask "What was the point of me?"

Music:

I listen to all sorts really. However my main loves are Rap, R'n'B, Soul, Hip-hop, Jazz, Blues, House, Garage, Drum'n'Bass, Jungle, Bhangra, Asian Electronica, Indie and a bit of Bollywood. I have a strong passion for live music and performances. Have even been known to listen to a enjoy a bit of Irish folk music at times.
Artists & DJ's Bobby Friction & Nihal, D.J. Pathaan, Shiva Soundsystem, Nerm, Menis, Raghav, HardKaur, Karen David, Rishi Rich Project, Mentor Kolektiv, Fusing Naked Beats, Yam Boy, Sona Family, Lil Jay Dabhi, Niraj Chag, Swami, V dubl E, D-Boy.... ----------------------------------- There are just too many to mention. The friends list just shows some but not all of them. Check them out, you might find an artist you like. I change the top friends regularly. Apart from a few friends who are permenantly on the list, if I have seen an artist recently, they have a good track/album out or simply liking what they are doing, they go on the list.

Movies:

Anything but horror, I don't want nightmares.

Television:

Comedies, Satire, Topical debates, Action, Thrillers and Sci-fi.

Books:

I don't like reading about it, I prefer doing it. Reading is not my favourite pastime. Still occasionally I see something that I enjoy.

Heroes:

In the deepest recesses of my mind, there is a figure, a fictional character developed from my own imagination, I think. It is the person I wish to be like. Someone whose morale character is unparalled, whose conviction is absolute, full of compassion and love, and someone I aim to be equal to. This person may not be a part of my life now, but maybe one day, I hope, I find the path to become one with my hero/heroine. ----------------------------------- I am not sure whether this is my struggle to be the person I want to be, or whether this is my search to find the person I want to be with. It's all very vague and ambiguous, but it is something destiny may reveal to me if I am worthy. Maybe it is both. Finding her will help me find myself. Maybe it's all in my head.
