HEIMAT-LOS (or HEIMATLOS on the last records) was a pioneer of fast hardcore punk in France during the years 1983-1988. Apart from their fast sound featuring a unique bass, a specifity of Heimat-los (German for "Stateless person") was to sing in several languages.
Heimatlos 2xCD (all discography + demos + 2 lives) finally came out after years of delay in June 2006. It can be found in some shops or distros in Japan, U.S.A and France. It can also be ordered directly from Ratbone Records for only 7 euro + shipping at http://ratbone.free.fr/news.html
This document will be followed by the release of a CD of TEARS OF A DOLL early material which was not released at that time (1989-1990) - One song is already featured as bonus on the Heimat-los CD. - Also on Ratbone Rds, next year.
Some people asked for a vinyl version of the discography CD... Well it is Angrrr Rds which is supposed to do it, but the guy said is too busy now and will not release any record in 2007 (And I personally don't think this triple LP will out by 2008 either).For free mp3, discography, history and lyrics check www.heimatlos.com (official site).

After Heimat-los split up, three ex-Heimat members formed TEARS OF A DOLL which later became TEAR OF A DOLL without s and then with only one ex-Heimatlos member (me).
