Breakout Productions & Management is a full service management company providing entertainers with hands-on, one-to-one attention needed during the growth and development of there bands career. Breakout has evolved over the years as a leader in the business of great management and talent scouting. While touring extensively for years with national southern rock, country, R&B, reggae, classic rock and local rock bands, Jim Napier, aka â€œBig Jimâ€ is well liked in the business and has great respect from his peers. Ghost Riders and Monster Zero and more, Jim and his staff have made a name for them self as a leading company and a visionary of great talent. We look forward to making positive change and great legends from the talent we manage for years to come.

Influences:

Working with great bands like Releese, Powerman 5000, Statik X, Atreyu, Bryan White, Jason Meadows, Waylon Jennings, Goerge Jones, Kevens, Richie Booker and others... Now managing Ghost Riders, Jeff Best, Monster Zero, Burning Daylight and more. All have become great friends and I think highly of all of them. Rick Perry helped me to become more involved in the biz and is a great friend. Many friends in the bizz that help me on the correct path and motivate me to do the right thing and goodness will always come 10 fold. In this buisness its hard to find the people you want to spend alot of time with. Choose your friends wisely for they may be the guy who is hurting you the most. Make sure you have God in your life and try and do the right thing. He will lead you down the right path. Always keep the faith and it will come to those with faith.
