It is not usual and normal to combine job and avocation in such a way. It is a pleasure to work with a lot of fantastic people and see them again and again. Also new people who join the community, developing the business and charing the same feeling for music make this part of my job so unique. You think this is easy? No....but quite funny ;-)Maik
