About Me

What about me? I own and operate a comic shop and live with the woes of small business ownership and balancing family time. For a creative outlet, I've launched a small press publisher and have written a novel based on the NIGHT universe that is currently under review by a literary agent and I am hoping to see in print some day. We've got all things scary in the series from Werewolves to Vampires and the most scary of them all...THE FBI! We're trying hard to make NIGHT a PG13 type series good for ages 13 and up. We show horror violence but not explict gore. (Being small press we don't want to close any doors on any audience...we need each and every sale!)NIGHT numbers one two and three were offered in Previews but if you cannot find it at your local store you can order it from several different places online including www.jesterpress.com and of course my retail store www.rebelbasecomics.com. Night 4 is complete with 2 versions and you can get those at INDYPLANETNIGHT number five is in production now and hopefully will be completed soon so keep checking your Diamond Comics Previews for Jester Press! We've got an application in for San Diego '08 sp we're just waiting to here the good word on that!We're always looking to collaborate for other indy guys so check us out and hopefully you'll like what you see!I've finished the NIGHT novel and am currently having it proof read so I'll post more news about that as soon as it's wrapped up. My Interests

Launching Jester Press we have released three issues of our indy black and white horror series simply titled NIGHT. We are currently working on Night number 4 and I have several other horror projects going right now with other artists...(see friends list) ...taking it slow and keeping it simple..producing the best product we can...1 book at a time

Who has time to watch television ? I don't...but I do make time for the new Battlestar Galactica and DOCTOR WHO

Books:

I had to read a cookbook to make dinner. Does that count? Who has time to read ? There are a ton of books on my shelf to read "some day".....maybe that day will come...I do a lot of research for my comic stories as well as the novels....so most of my time reading is researching to give the stories that extra little bit
