We, as the wild branch, have been grafted into the natural tree (Israel) and we are one new man!

BLOW THE SHOFAR IN ZION! SOUND THE ALARM!
Attention, Israel! GOD, our God! GOD the one and only!
(5) Love GOD, your God, with your whole heart: love him with all that's in you, love him with all you've got!
(6) Write these commandments that I've given you today on your hearts. Get them inside of you
(7) and then get them inside your children. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning to when you fall into bed at night. (MSG)
Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you'll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious--the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. (MSG)
Go after a life of love as if your life depended on it--because it does. Give yourselves to the gifts God gives you. Most of all, try to proclaim his truth. (MSG)
Christ's life showed me how, and enabled me to do it. I identified myself completely with him. Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ. My ego is no longer central. It is no longer important that I appear righteous before you or have your good opinion, and I am no longer driven to impress God. Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not "mine," but it is lived by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (MSG)
It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, (MSG)
The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone you know.
(2) Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well so we can be quietly about our business of living simply, in humble contemplation.
(3) This is the way our Savior God wants us to live. (MSG)
What marvelous love the Father has extended to us! Just look at it--we're called children of God! That's who we really are. But that's also why the world doesn't recognize us or take us seriously, because it has no idea who he is or what he's up to. (MSG)
I would like to meet my father's side of the family. He died when I was 3 months old in 1948 and I never met them. His name was Thomas Lee Cavett and his family lived on Windgap Rd. in McKees Rocks, Pa.

WE ARE THE BRIDE OF CHRIST! I AM MY KING'S WARRIOR BRIDE! The beautiful bride is also a warrior, and as such, wears army boots into battle. This seeming contradiction is the two-fold calling on the church -- to worship and to war. As the bride, we worship our bridegroom King. As the warrior, we follow the Lord of Hosts, always advancing the Kingdom of our God... The bride is watchful, sober, and focused. She wields her sword with skill. Like a true warrior, she does not run from the battle, but is alert and ready for whatever comes. She stands beside her rock, the Lord who is her strength... Beauty and grace is what the bride of Christ is ascending into in this day. But even in her bridal array, she carries the sword, which is the Word of God. She is spotless and she is armed...
Jesus came as the Gentle Shepherd... ...but He's coming back as the mighty Lion of the Tribe of Judah!
