CAT'S CRADLE STREET TEAM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We are looking for a few dedicated individuals in each of the following areas to help promote the Cat’s Cradle and its shows:
Raleigh/ Durham
Wilmington
Charlotte
Fayetteville
Asheville
Boone
Greensboro
Winston-Salem
Jacksonville
DUTIES:
-Distribute fliers, etc. at local gigs;
It is generally a good idea to ask the club first for permission to pass materials out if you are planning on doing it inside. Alternatively, standing outside near the exit handing items out might present the best opportunity for getting to the most people as they leave the show.
-Don’t be shy; take a photo of yourself with the handbills on location.
* Hang fliers up in various locations;
-Pubs, Local colleges, schools, youth centers, Internet café's. Wherever you can find places that might catch other music lover's attention. Put them on post office bulletin boards, in bookstore windows, all over town. Visit the little stores as well as the big chains. Bring your own stapler, tape and push pins.
-Most stores will want you to put up the fliers yourself.
-Take a picture and leave it as a comment on Cat’s Cradle MySpace, please include name, location and date.
*Visit your local music shops;
-Post fliers, Cat’s Cradle schedules, handbills, etc.

There may also be some areas that fans live in where it is against the law to affix stickers/posters to public property such as telephone poles.
