MAY 3 - LARRY KEEL and Natural Bridge (9 p.m., $12)
"We truly didn't know what to expect when driving up to V21 especially after hearing so many great things about the venue. After loading in we walked around in complete amazement at the open space and modern design. V21 had amazing sound both on stage and off stage and the staff and crew were beyond helpful. The lobby was absolutely brilliant the photography being featured was revolutionary. We look forward to playing V21 again!" - Sparks in Stereo
"when we opened the doors, we weren’t expecting such an unbelievable looking venue. Its a nice big room that looked great when we came in. It sounded great on stage, sounded great in the crowd and everybody had a good time. The place is really well staffed and the younger crowd had no problem coming in and the parents were really cool with it. If you’re a parent, you don’t want your kids to go to some random dive bar to listen to a band, you want them to go somewhere safe. Bands appreciate when a venue is safe and clean and the people working know what they are doing because it means more people will come." - Jet Lag Gemini
"I really like the art gallery as soon as you walk in – it gives it a nice, organic vibe. It kinds of lets you know that you are in a good place. The people here are great and everything’s been awesome." - Lady Radiator
"I think it’s a really, really cool place. The acoustics are great and the whole place is awesome. The stage was fun, the sound was good… it’s got a really good vibe." - Red Light Green Light
"I love the place. I walked in and wasn’t expecting it to be anything like it was. It’s this great open space... It’s clean – clean bathrooms, which is very unusual compared to most clubs we play at – the sound was great. It’s got its own vibe – the lighting’s low and it has a cool, mellow vibe. There are only one or two other clubs in North Carolina that I can think of that are as clean as Vintage21." - Mercy Mercedes
"I went to the GOUGE wrestling match at V21 - I had been to one other GOUGE show and much preferred this arena and overall experience. Everything was better here- it seemed much more professionally run. It was a nice place to see a show (no bad or cramped seating!), it was smoke free and alcohol free and was a fun night for my wife and I. Also, the video screens were a nice touch... Knowing that things are fan friendly here at Vintage, maybe our kids can come next time. Keep up the good work.." - GOUGE Fan Feedback
"It's usually kinda weird showing up to a new venue, especially one that we had never heard of until a month earlier. But i must tell you that this place is one of NC's best kept secrets... Play there, play there soon." - Spoken
"V21 has a great atmosphere and the capacity to have a big show! Had a blast playing there..." - The International Drive
