Online Status IconsNorma Jeane Baker-Mortenson (June 1,1926-Aug. 5,1962), a Timeless, Enigma, had a troubled and lonely childhood with a mentally ill Mother, who was unable to take care of her, and no Father. As a result, she spent time at many Foster Homes and never had a stable family life. She was disovered by a photogragher while working in a factory during WWII. This led to modeling and a very successful movie career from 1946-1962, her last film never being completed. Her personal life was a different story. She was married 3 times, which didn't last and had several miscarriages and pregnancy complications, preventing her from having children. She seemed to spend her life constantly searching for lasting love and never quite finding it. She was found dead in 1962 of an "APPARENT" suicide or was it???????????? Nevertheless, she has left an endless fascination and impression on everyone that knows of her!!!
