we are rag tag, rough and tumble, hug-and-squeezable; we are kazooers, drummers, bassists, etc etc etc

we are general anti-folkers currently and just barely, bound by new york.

we are are roommates, college friends, siblings and complete strangers (but not complete strangers)

we like Pavement, Krautrock, Fugazi, Elephant 6 Records, Raffi and Ward Churchill and Howard Zinn.

we come from Burnt Oak Records, a collective and community resource based (physically, anyway) in Guelph (Squamp), Ontario. we talk and talk and talk and talk and make music together and make art with our hands. we "do it ourselves," and you should do it with us. you should look at our website. burntoak.ca .

we spend a lot of time in philly and new york city and binghamton and canada.

we recorded a new album...

i mean, it's not done yet. it needs to be mixed and mastered and silkscreened and sewn and reproduced many many times. but it has been recorded.just sayin'.
