I believe very strongly that I am a "Starchild" or "Indigo" and that I agreed to incarnate on Earth to help bring the energy and consciousness level of this planet to a higher vibration. War is never the answer - the whole process is completely un-evolved and it's time we grew up as a species. We must deal with the current Iraq situation. Let's not condemn the men and women who are serving now, keep sending them light and love, and work towards finding a peaceable solution.

To expand the mind and increase your conscious awareness you should start by exercising the body. Practice weight-lifting, get more aerobic cardio, stretch and breath with yoga, develop proper nutrition, eat organic foods, and supplement your diet as needed.
