My name is Frank Caringella and I am the founder of Ghost Sightings, The Paranormal Research Group of Southern California. The main purpose of my group is the logical investigation of phenomena that suggest that currently accepted scientific assumptions and theories of the paranormal phenomena are valid.
I grew up in Southern California and after having a personal paranormal experience, I made a decision for the creation of my group so I could perform my own research and gather documentation of a wide variety of our spontaneous paranormal experiences throughout the state of California.

On a more personal note… I am a devoted father, friend and a compassionate person. I care too much sometimes and it has bit me on the butt to many times to remember but I will never change… I am very protective of my family and friends and they tell me that I am a considerate, honest, loyal and caring person with a GREATEST sense of humor! But then, your friends and family lie just to make you feel good sometimes….
The Bottom line is when all is said and done, I want to leave this world having done more good than bad. One day... I will find out how I did.
