About Me

Eyes wide open. I expect the worst, so am sometimes pleasantly surprised. I like to laugh, usually at something really disgusting. The more gross, the better.BUT...I don't enjoy gory stuff. Bodies I have seen or funerals I have attended: Ike Turner, Melvin Franklin of the Temptations, Reggie and Charlie Kray, Harriet Nelson, Eva Gabor, Lou Rawls, Harold Washington, June Pointer, Martha Raye, Princess Diana, the Queen Mother, um...

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Nancy Olsen CHECK, Kevin McCarthy CHECK, Tommy Ramone CHECK, Brian Wilson, Leslie Van Houten, Mary Kay Place, Alan Zweibel because I want to tell him how wonderful his book about Gilda was, Earl Hamner.

My Blog

My Aunt Mary was a marine.  She was my mom's sister.  In 1945 she sent this letter to my mother, who was then about 14. I think this is fascinating and in honor of my Dead Aunt (do I hear Pink Panther...
