Formed in 1996, the band has produced four pulsating albums "Blasting to Higher Heights", “Detonate”,“In Ya Face ”, and “Dis is Jouvert”, all of which have sold thousands of copies worldwide. As ambassadors for Barbados performing in North America, Europe and many Caribbean territories Double Xplojun has made a name for itself as one of Barbados’ leading entertainment bands, especially when it comes to soca music.

Some performances included: Guadeloupe’s Festigo Caribbean in 1997, 1999, 2001 and 2003 Trinidad &Tobago carnival every year since 2000 St. Lucia carnival 2002 & 2003 with major ‘mas band Just 4 Fun Performed at Spectakular International in 2003 and 2005 alongside soca artistes like Iwer George, Machel Montano and Denise Belfon Barbados Congaline Music Festival in 2004 and 2003 alongside international performers like Glen Washington and Barrington Levy The opening act for Beres Hammond and Maxi Preist at the Barbados National Stadium Barbados in 2003.
