Berlin based deejay and producer Steven Engelmann started his dj-carreer around 1997, inspired by uncountable Berlin club nights and parties.Over the past years he played at almost every major club and event in Berlin. He also plays regularly across the border and performed at places like Club Fellini (Barcelona ES), PlayBCN@242 (Barcelona ES), Studio 80 (Amsterdam NL), M.S. Stubnitz (Amsterdam NL),
Decadance (Ghent BE), Doornroosje / PlanetRose (Nijmegen NL), Inferno (Nijmegen NL), INQ (Kattowice PL), Obsesja (Lublin PL),Kromozomes Festival (Geneva CH), Notting Hill Arts Club (London UK), 54 (London UK), Crossed (Stettin PL),Kreslarnia (Koszalin PL),Plastelina (Koszalin PL) M25 (Warsaw PL).During these years Steven Engelmann felt the urge to create his own music and started to build up his home studio in 2004.In 2006 Steven got together with Q-Millah (a Berlin based turntable wizard) and started the project Niteliners. With this project they produce an urban mixture of grime, garage, dubstep, breakbeat, drum & bass, hiphop and oldskool elektro. Steven and Q-Millah also started to perform live together as Niteliners.
