Socially hazardous has always been a non-profit association which is working to broaden the cultural scene in Sweden through music, dance and art. We will not stop there! Plans are evolving and constantly growing...Socially Hazardous was started in 2002 by a group of friends who thought that partys in the Stockholm area were missing a little something. We first attempted making an outdoor party at LÃ¥ngholmen, an island in Stockholm, during daytime. This small seed grew quickly and we realised we were filling a gap in peoples expectations. The acclaim we recieved drove us to expand and take on more friends and gather talented DJ's around us.
Today we number many, an assosiation of imagination and talent that spreads across Sweden and spills over into Europe.Our taste in music if broad and therefore we do parties and music of different styles, some of them are: techno, trance, elektro, house, reaggae and lounge.We have done parties in Stockholm, Malmoe & Gothenburg. We have done partys in movies and for comercials on tv. We have done shamanic wedding parties. We have arranged concerts to collect money for good causes. We have sponsored musical, videos and demonstrations for human rights.We are Socially hazardous!
