Being a fitness fanatic, my enthusiasm for training led me to become a qualified fitness instructor in 2003 but with so much happening on the music front, this has now taken a back seat so I just train to stay fit!I am a happy go lucky type of character and love to laugh, so you will pretty much always find me smiling as I know that it is the best form of exercise for your face.
