What is an American Byproduct? What happens when you cross a Colombian with a Cherokee with an Iranian?
Alejandro Marin came to Atlanta, GA from Colombia in 2000 to finish his studies in Recording Arts at Georgia State University School of Music. It was shortly after that he ran into Adrian Ash to lay down some drum tracks for his senior project. In order to complete the sound, Adrian called bassist extraordinaire Raumin Tadayon, with whom he had been in a previous band, to lay down the bass tracks. After the project, though, the music was too good to ignore, so we started booking gigs with our new set and here we are!
We have been rockin' the ATL and surrounding areas for over five years now! We primarily focus on songwriting and studio production, so many of the songs we will be posting here will be pre-production tracks (without live drums). Just remember: our live sound blows away our studio sound! To really dig our sound and truly experience AB, though, we should be seen live. We keep pushing the library with more and more material composing new music using the latest in pre-production tools and group writing sessions.
