Hydra-Sound Recording Studio Thirteen Autumn Rituals is a metal band from Atlanta, GA. The band was formed when guitarists John Ritzel and Anthony Bush recorded a demo to break in the equipment at Hydra-Sound Recording Studio. Realizing that the self imposed retirement was lame, they decided to recruit Billy Ponder(vocals) Blair Brinkman (bass). Thirteen Autumn Rituals has been hard at work on their full length album, but with the studio driving them to madness, the band has decided to spend the summer playing shows in Atlanta and the southeast. In the meantime, two demo tracks are now available on myspace. Show announcements will be coming shortly to alert you when the band plans to unleash its fury upon the unsuspecting south. Influenced by bands like Slayer, Pantera, Death and Testament, the music thrashes through brutal riffs and unusual technical passages. Lyrically, there is no danger of self absorbed, bed wetting emo here. Instead, the band has opted to delve into the darkest recesses of humanity, life and death.
