About Me

It's rare in modern days that you find a young black man taking over his community like Jonathan Jelks. As a graduate of Ottawa Hills Highschool and a student at Calvin College Jelks is a man who has mastered many different hustles. Born in the heart of West Michigan, Grand Rapids (Gun Rule), to be exact, he has developed and co-organized the talented tenth non-profit organization that works to empower the African American Community, and builds political and social awareness amongst todays youth. He is currently co-producer and host of a new radio show entitled "Truth Be Told" that tackles social issues from a young, black, truthful perspective with edge and is shopping for publishers for his first book currently unitled. He also works for the Aphilliates Music Group, through their Management offices in Atlanta & Michigan!
