DJ DELZ:MIXTAPE DJ/RADIO DJ//PART CEO OF PIMPI$H CLOTHING/RADIO PERSONALITY AND ACTOR!.Dj Delz, born and raised in new york(914) loved music since a young kid. Hiphop was first brought to his ears by a older kid on his block playing a Run DMC tape.As soon as Delz heard that tape he lost it and fell in love with hiphop... listening to Fat Boys,LL Cool j,Beastie Boys,Slick Rick & Dougie Fresh,Eric B & Rakim, etc.. As he got older and hiphop started growing...getting more play on the radio he use to listen to djs like Red Alert & Funkmaster Flex.That was when Flex was on the radio one night a week so he would make sure not to miss that show so even if he had something to do he would make sure someone was taping that for him. He also would watch Yo MTV Raps with Fab Five Freddy and with ED Lover & DR.Dre and ofcourse if he wasnt able to see it...someone would be taping that for him!!! At the age of 14 he was dying to get turntables but couldnt afford them. Delz knew a few friends that got them so he learned basically how to dj from there tables. As Delz got alittle older he basically got his money up and got some technics and started DJing any where he could around bars/clubs around the Yonkers/ Bronx area. The mixtape game was really beginning to start popping off when he was about 15 years old. He would get all the new hot mixtapes uptown at mom & pop music stores like DJ Doowop, Tony Touch & DJ Clue mixtapes,listening to these mixtapes filled with exclusive new music,freestyles and blends all the time grownin up. Delz was really inspired by these djs so he started making his own mixtapes and started putting them out in the streets uptown. After a steady grind ..which was not easy.....little by little they started buzzing with his hard work .Eventually record labels & artist started calling him to get there new music on his next tape. Delz has putting out some concept cds that have gotting bootlegged so majorly that you can see them even over seas in such countrys as London & Japan. He has his own radio shows on Sprint/Radio,WXZU 88.7FM in North Carolina,Aol Radio,WWACN.COM and is a Guest DJ for WIIZ in Georgia. He also has done shows djing for artist such as Jin T.Waters,Tre williams & JHood,Hosted and DJ’d many carshows for the past three years and Ripped many of the biggest and hottest clubs in NYC for some exclusive special red carpet partys! Has even been on a few TV shows like The Chappelle Show season 1 & Oz final episode,Working on a videogame and has a few small roles in a few movies in progress now. Dj Delz has been in Scratch magazine,The Source Magazine,Import Tuner mangazine,Foundation,Ozone Magazine and Many Others. DJ DELZ IS DOWN WITH THE DEF DJS,PRESIDENT OF THE FLEET DJS AND RANSOM REP DJS.Dj Delz is way more then a dj,he is an entertainer!!!
