Patchway Theft formed in late 2005 and since then have produced 3 E.Ps , from which it is possible to identify how much the band has progressed musically and stylistically over the past two years.
Both the first two E.Ps received airplay on local radio station BBC Radio Wiltshire. Patchway Theft was shortlisted to feature on a New Years Eve special, where they were referred to as one of the best bands in the series. The second EP had tracks played on Steve Lamacq’s show and Phil Jupitus’ breakfast show, on BBC Radio 6, with positive feedback. Similar success is anticipated for the latest release, which epitomises the progression in musicianship the band has made.
Patchway Theft has retained all the qualities that characterise their unique sound, drawing upon additional influences to create an even bigger, more intense musical experience for their listeners.
