About Me

"My Life as an American Persian Jew" will follow Melody as she explores her conflicting Persian and Jewish cultures while growing up in America. Much in the same manner that â€œMy Big Fat Greek Weddingâ€ presented a humorous look at Greek families, this will shed some light on life growing up as a Persian Jew in Los Angeles, Ca.Given the turmoil in the world right now, it is very important for this project to show a nonpolitical, lighthearted view on Iranian and Jewish culture. Using her family as the backbone for this story, this will be a universal story for anyone trying to find identity within their culture.This is an important documentary and story for people of all ages and cultures. My Interests

We like comedy and therefore we will have comedians in the documentary. Check out Maz Jobrani:), Marvin Kharrazi and Sunda Croonquist...some of our favorites.:)

Music:

Check out our My Space friends/bands MOSHAV BAND, NER TAMID, REBELUTION :) ELEVETERS and BIXBY. They are some of the many awesome musicians that will be in the documentary!!!!!
