Rumbo - is by mistake born without wheels. The evil Chief Inspector decides that Rumbo must be recycled. But Rumbo manages to escape and he teams up with the old and worn out sweeper robot Tj-mac. Despite their differences the odd couple stands side by side in an action-packed battle against the Chief Inspector.
