I'm a bass player from Colombia that lives in Amsterdam where I obtained a master degree at the Conservatorium of this city. From a research on Latin American music I created my own band called LAPALMÃ, a project that comes out of the influence of my lands music on my playing and compositions. A lot of nostalgia but also the excitement to find new sounds and melodies when I share my music with jazz musicians from different countries of Europe. Now I’m working with great people that have brought me a lot, for that I’m thankful. We are working on the studio recording and the band is Great!! I hope you get to see us life.
