About Me

I, Baroness von Carrie Reichardt create that oddity of W4 known as 'The Treatment Rooms' along with my loving consort, the sublime Mr Spunky. We have spent many hours chipping and drawing and thinking very very hard about our designs and have made a veritable shrine to all that is necessary to perpetuate happiness on our home, which is a living work of art. We consider ourselves to be anarchist, activist, and artists.We have just completed the 'tiki love truck' (a ceramic and tiled Nissan truck) in memory of our dear friend Ash, who was executed by the State of Texas on 29/8/07. I was witness to this execution and arranged to have the wonderful Nick Reynolds aka Harpo Strangelove of Alabama 3 fame (who the hell are A3?) fly out and make a death mask of Ash within hours of his death. This mask now sits proudly on the top of our truck.Currently we are collaborating with the fantastic PUNKVERT on the film of our trip to Texas - '402 and rising' and on bringing an international multi-media art show about death row to London in 2008.We are also working on plans to complete the next large section of our house with a brand new mural. One that will highlight the terrible plight of political prisoners currently held in American prisons. This project has come about through our friendship with the inspirational, revolutionary freedom fighter Herman Wallace - one of the ANGOLA 3. Currently he has spent the last 36 years in solitary confinement for a crime he is innocent of â€“ believed to be a world record!!Herman is currently collaborating on a series of ceramic spray cans â€˜â€¦ an old vintage of spray pantherism â€“ guaranteed resistanceâ€™, which will highlight other political prisoners currently held in the USA.
