Band Members: Lead by Paul Vandervort, The Swiss Family Skiers got their initial break when they beat out 15 other ski bands in a contest at Squaw Valley Ski Resort and became the top amateur ski band in America. They immediatly turned professional. Band members are: Paul Vandervort, lead guitar, vocalist, and chief arranger; Michael G Pearce, farfisa compact organ, VOX Jaguar organ and some times sings; David Vandervort, Drums; Anton, bass guitar.
