Napper’s career started in 2002 on Freek fm where he was going on a graveyard radio show at 12-2am every Saturday with MC Ratty, MC Rico Swarvay & Beamer Kid. He went on this show for about two months before stopping to join a crew called Triple B.
Triple B went round making a name for themselves within the Finsbury Park (north london) by going to all the youth clubs in the N4 area trying to clash every other crew.
They got themselves onto Mystic fm late 2002.
2003: Napper & Triple B where now getting their name out there in north London and where performing in raves such as “Serious†& “Graduation†which where very popular in the Finsbury park/Holloway/Archway area. Napper started getting a name for himself as an intimidating aggressive MC standing at 6ft 5 tall and was clashing and calling out other MC’s names in the North London Area for fun. Triple B got into a big lyrical war with another crew in the north London area called Dark Element and there war went on for months. Triple B just about came out on top and after that war Napper set his sights on bigger Names in the Grime scene to clash. He got himself into a clash with Gods Gift on mystic fm and was actually the first guy ever not to back down from a battle with Gods Gift as Gift was 1 of the biggest MC’s at that present time.
Triple B split up due to a whole leap of issues and Napper, Shizzle and new Triple B recruit Fresh joined East Connection. After joining East Co. Due to this Lethal B asked him to put his most popular lyric at the time on a tune which was called ‘FORWARD RIDDIM (‘POW) which was produced by DEXPLICIT and featured LETHAL BIZZLE, FUMIN, D DOUBLE E, JAMAKABI, NEEKO, FLOWDAN, OZZIE B, FORCER & DEMON. The Artist toured the UK from October 2004 – December 2004 and performed at over 30 venues before the tune was released 2004 Christmas and charted in at no.11.
