I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships and Friends

About Me

Single bloke, long hair, eclectic rock tastes, dodgy horror films...

Rather dry and quirky sense of humour. Believer that nothing should be done at anything less than the best it can (unless that's the intention ;). Against mediocrity, for passionate beliefs.

Apart from maybe filling out these things, as I can never really think what to write...

So go and ask me...

You'll notice that my profile is pretty damn plain compared with most on MySpace. There's a reason for this - "pimped" profiles invariably suck, be it a poor design or loads of videos or whatever. Thanks to Greasemonkey scripts for getting rid of these.

My Interests

Music (listening and trying to play), films, reading

I'd like to meet:

Something pretty similar to me - opposites don't attract, honest.

IMPORTANT! I'm not on here with great regularity, so if you really want to add me, drop me a message rather than just clicking add. Invitations can run out by the time I get round to checking them, so don't be offended if they do. If you've sent me a message, at least I can get back if the invition has expired.

IMPORTANT! Bands and promoters etc, please use I bit of common sense before trying to add me. If you're a promoter who operates on the other side of the country, you're wasting your time. Musicwise, don't try to add me unless you think I might be interested in your music - considering yourself "emo" or any genre ending in "core" will not help your cause here.

And no, I'm not going to reply to any requests to respond using email, so all you phishers and spammers, don't bother, eh?

Music:

Iron Maiden, BLAZE, Area 54, The Wildhearts, AntiProduct, Sack Trick, Neurosis, The Gathering, Lacuna Coil, Devin Townsend, Strapping Young Lad, Ramones, Dead Kennedys, Lard, Ministry, Entombed, Machine Head, Sepultura, Monster Magnet, Backyard Babies, The Hellacopters, loads more I can't remember/be bothered to list

Recently listened to:

This week, I have mostly listening to:

Movies:

Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, Army Of Darkness, Night Of The Living Dead, Dawn Of The Dead, Day Of The Dead, Midnight Run, Alien, Aliens, Kevin Smith, Jackie Chan

Television:

Try to avoid it, as most of it just isn't worth the time and effort, but might actually watch the Simpons, Futurama, Top Gear, Father Ted, Blackadder, The Young Ones. And recently, My Name Is Earl, best thing to come from the US for a long time. And the news.

Books:

Terry Pratchett, Frank Herbert, Anne McCaffrey, Jack Vance, Michael Moorcock, William Gibson
