Based in Hollywood, Ellsbeth and it's members have been together since July of 2005.

For those of you who frequent our page, you may have noticed that we removed the countdown ticker for our album. Yes, the rumors are true. We had to push the album release date. We've received all kinds of emails asking: "Is it something we've done? Are you broke? Why is it taking so f*king long? Can you send me casserole recipes?" No, it's not lack of money, incentive or oven fresh goodness. We're just taking our time to make the best album we can possibly make. It's not a short process. There are the meetings, the editing, the random strippers...not to mention the actual recordings. However, the singles will be completed well before the album is finished and we're looking forward to vomiting that musical goodness all over our myspace pals. Trust us. It will be worth the wait, so try not to send us anymore angry letters from your elderly family members. We can never read the shaky writing and the envelopes smell like halitosis. We dig the knitted socks, though! We'll be keeping you posted, so keep checking back every five minutes! Maybe that's a bit excessive. Every six minutes would make more sense.
