About Me

From early childhood, Gerrold felt a strong connection magic and escape artist. He learn and practiced a variety of card tricks, that he would show to most house guest. His mother started teaching him about yoga after her classes. This helped him to open up the joints of his body at a young age. Gerrold soon realizes all of his joints were double jointed. This allowed to preform an array of "stupid human tricks". Things like placing both legs behind his head with ease, walking while in the bridge pose, or locking his hands together, stepping through them, and then rolling them up his back and over his head. He would often perform the tricks for his friends and seemed to draw a crowd of people asking him to do it again. His family moved around a lot, and he would used these tricks to help break the ice along the way.

Gerrold got his professional start as a stage performer in a small cub in the Florida panhandle. There he started to realize his "stupid human tricks" were the roots of his escape. After a couple of years he moved to New Orleans, where he lived for the next seven years. He spent most of his time watching and learning from the street performers that floated in and out of town. He began working in goth and fetish clubs, where he learned to dj. From there Gerrold worked his way up to producing his own fetish parties. The shows at these parties were visually stimulating, starring himself as head Dom and a cast of close nit friends.
He started traveling around the country, always looking for the next think he could learn. In Richmond, Va. he learned to create his own music for his shows. In Washington D.C., he created a group of fire performers, that was the goto fire troupe for some of their biggest parties. Finally ending up in New York, Gerrold could be seen along side Insectavora breathing fire and grinding sparks for bands such as Vulgars, at parties, and even with the P-Cult. From there he got hired by the Saint At Large to do a fire dance in SCHWARZWALD the black party movie. Gerrold joined with Pain Tribe, whose founding members were his long time friends and cast members from the shows in New Orleans. They toured the country in the Pain Tribe Invasion Tour. They even joined the Family Values Tour, doing suspension and body manipulation acts on the side stage between bands.
Over time Gerrold's multiple talents have evolved into an exciting mixture of escape acts, magic, fire, fashion, glamor, music, sparks, visual art, and body manipulation.
