Chris Estes, a Nashville based Producer, Mixer, and Songwriter, enjoys working with a variety of artists spanning several diverse genres.
Over the past 10 years, a few of his clients have included Billy Mann (Teddy Geiger, Jessica Simpson), Ryan Tedder (One Republic), Major Bob Music (Lane Turner), Krystal Meyers (Forefront), Michael Tait (D.C. Talk, Forefront Records), Universal Music Group, Curb Records, EMI/CMG, TVT Records, Elektra Records, In Pop/Elevate Records, Gaither Music Group, Dreamworks Nashville as well as many independent artists.
Chris recieved his first Billboard Hit in 2003 with the #21 single “Freezeâ€. Chris co-wrote the hit song with Kevin Fox and Jason Phelps of the TVT records act "pay the girl". Who is well known for their radio charting success as well as touring as a supporting act with international superstar Shakira.
In 2004 Chris was nominated for a Dove Award in the category of ‘Best Recorded Rock Song of the Year’ after having the #2 Rock single ‘All About You,’ which Chris Produced and co-wrote for Curb records artist Nate Sallie. The hit song also charted #7 on the Christian Hit Radio charts.
In 2005 Chris was nominated once again for a Dove Award in the same category as the previous year for a single he Produced and co-wrote. That single “Without You†reached #7 Rock Radio single and Later that same year Chris had another hit that he Produced and co-wrote titled “Inside Out†reaching #9 Radio Disney.
Chris is continuingly enjoying success with his recent productions on the Jump 5 Mixed up Album, which charted #3 on Billboard’s Top Electronic Albums Chart And as producer and mixer on Linda Randle's Christmas album that charted #18 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums Chart.
Chris Estes produces artists in various formats including: Indy, Rock, Pop, R&B, Country and CCM.
Currently Chris and his writing partner Amy Becker Estes are focused on writing and producing for many different projects.
