10 years strong in the music game, Dunnz has positioned himself as a definite force to be reckoned with. Whether it’s his potent sharp delivery, his fluent lyrical flow or talent for multi-genre song writing, this young budding artiste is on his way to the top spot."I'm always on the grind, in the lab" he states about his everyday work ethic as an Artiste/Graphic Designer. Being busy is when he's most comfortable. Born Daniel Reid in Barbados and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Dunnz moved back to Barbados '96 and has been rising in the local music industry since. In the summer of 2003 Dunnz lent creative essence and voice to the project revamping the image of brewing mogul, Banks Breweries, with the release of the Anthony Lowhar produced "Brown With The Red Crown" jingles. This Red Crown image caught on with the younger public like wild fire and gave him more promotion than any young entertainer could ask for. Dunnz eventually formed an allience with longtime friend Mr. Strategy and his Recording label Triple E . Under this label, housed his fellow MCs Levi (RedSea General), Nitro, Ruby Tech (Freestyle King '06 ) Rawgod for Life, a TEAM definitely on route to take Bajan Hip Hop to the next level. Dunnz shines and stands out on tracks like local banger "Get Ya Money Up" w/ Levi, "Leave Dat Boy Alone" w/ Nitro, posse cut "Gimme Da Night" w/ Mr. Strategy, Levi, Nitro & George Benson, and the sensational solo single " So Amazing", all of these which are on the Triple E - Unpolished Underdawgs LP. Of Recent, Dunnz (now going just by his government given, Danny Reid) has been doing alot of work with GoodVybz Inc. and is featured on the first single off Kirk Brown's Debut album "Must Get It". The track entitled "Baaby" has been receiving loads of radio play and it's video spun around the Region on multiple television networks. Now with his debut album project "DoppleBanGa" in motion one definitely can look forward to seeing and hearing lots more from The Double N Zee!
