I was born in 1985. At young age I started writing lyrics. After a few years of writing, I had a collection of about 200 lyrics. In the meantime I started singing by playing in a school-musical, and playing in my first band in highschool, called Matrix Invasion, which didn't last very long though. But we did do a few small gigs
In the meantime I tried to write some songs on guitar, but couldn't find the time to study guitarlessons. I did have time to write lyrics (and at that point also poetry and short stories).
In 2002 I decided to start of my own band. After a few brief searches amongst friends, I assembled a band. I decided to call it MISANTROPICAL.
In time friends come and go, and also in this band are only 2 of the original members remaining: Alexander and me. But still we have a lot of fun and rehearse weekly in the Call Of Fame Music Studio in Zutphen (the Netherlands)., playing our very own, which lies between rock-ballads and death metal, in which I grunt, scream, sing and do opera-like vocals.
We have recorded our first album, but due to some problems with the recording-director (who screw over every band in the studio) we have to wait for someone else to deliver the final mix.
We have performed with bands such as The Prophecy, Grindustry, D.A.M.N., Chainsaw, The Agonist, Nightlive, The Embodiment, Ten-13, Stingray, Molestation and Pharmacon.
From 2005 to 2006 I was asked to do vocals in the band ABOMINABILIS. A formation which played mostly covers of Children Of Bodom, Dimmu Borgir, Finntroll and Norther. And 2 own songs (one wich will appear one of these days on my profile). End of 2006 we decided to split up due to musical indifferences.
In april 2006 I auditioned by the deaththrash-legend ALTAR (known from albums such as Youth Agains Christ and In The Name Of The Father).
On the day of the devil (06-06-06) I heard I was officially the new frontman.
We recorded a demo at the end of 2006.
At the end of 2007 Altar decided to split up.

Meanwhile, Misantropical is slowly heading forward again, and we are concentrating on touring the U.S., which will probably be end of 2008.

Medio 2008 I was asked to join the melodic death-metal band Visionary 666. After a visit, it became clear they were very enthousiastic about me, and I just loved the atmosphere in the band. So we are currently very busy writing new material, and if things keep going the way they go, we'll be in the studio very soon, recording a full-length album!!
