Asaph of 2008, while formed in his mother’s womb was created to preach, teach, produce and minister in song and poetry.Asaph Womack was born and raised in Newark, NJ and is the youngest son of Dr. Donald and Joan Womack, the founding Pastors of the Christian Bible Center and Institute, where he learned the uncompromised word of God.As a teenager, Asaph strayed down a path of crime that would try to put an end to his calling. But by the grace of God, Asaph was able to turn his life around and become a testimony to his family, friends, and his community. As Asaph answered the call of God that was on his life from a child, he began spreading the gospel through music and sermons. And now, it is apparent that the anointing of “New Life” is upon him.Since the beginning of his music career, Asaph has made appearances on Comedy Central, PBS Television, NBC’s hit sitcom, The Cosby Show and he has opened for various artists such as Andrae' Crouch, Edward and Walter Hawkins, Daryl Coley, Paul Simon, Jill Scott, Tonex, and many more.He has also ministered at the “Stop The Violence Conference”, for Bishop Noel Jones, City of Refuge Church in Gardena, California and Bishop T. D.
