Outstandiner than hell.

About Me

I love music/sound more than much else. I'm involved with a few music projects (see the top two rows of my "top friends"). I am or am not a member of Jonesboro's House of Eris' Science and Fnord Committee , a quasi-reagional collective of discordian artists and slackers. The Committee is completely irresponsible for the publication of several holy books, among them the soon-to-be classic Jonesboria Discordia , which is a highly entertaining compendium of discordian goodness complied by our local Polyfather. If you want to know more, just ask. Occasionally my face hurts. What's it to you?

My Interests

Music creation and documentation, dichotomy, chemichal recreation, funky beats

I'd like to meet:

Kind, calm, smart, good-humored, unpretentious, intellegent people. Oh, and quiet. Quiet is good.

Music:

I really do love most all of it in one way or the other. Current and longstanding favorites include: Ennio Morricone, Mr. Bungle, Cornelius, Sonic Youth, Talking Heads, Belle and sebastian, White Mice, Bonnie "Prince" Billy, Prince, Negativland, Ween, Eric Satie, Cat Power, Soul Coughing, Pavement, Air, Emperor, Burzum, Fantomas, Melvins, lots more, but you get the idea.

Movies:

Some favorite filmakers include: David Lynch, Martin Scorsese, Stanley Kubrick, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Charlie Kaufman, and so forth. I also enjoy goofy comedies such as The Jerk, UHF, Anchorman, etc.

Television:

You know, if you stop paying the cable people, they will absolutely discontinue your service. What the hell is that?

Books:

Some of my "go-to" authors include Kurt Vonnegut, Chuck Palhanuik, Douglas Adams, Hunter S. Thompson, Flannery O'Connor, A.M. Homes, and J.D. Salinger. I also enjoy non-fiction political and science stuff. currently enjoying Jon Stewart's "America: The Book," Steven King's "Cell," and Nabikov's "Lolita."

Heroes:

Superman, Spider-Man, Batman, MegaMan, He-Man, Wolfman, Beastman, The Flash(man), SheRa, You (you fucking genius you)
