anything design. it could be graphic, interior, retail, transportation, product, residential, industrial, furniture, landscape, or environmental. design affects our lives on every level, everything that we do is design. residential space planning is my bliss; transportation, a close second. enjoy the automotive industry immensely - huge fan of anything german. dynamically superior teutonic vehicles are designed from inception to be nothing less than the best. autobahn inspired, engineered in deutschland, and nurburgring tested; these road ready machines are an absolute joy to drive. the most coveted cars in the world for a 200 kph commute to the office. bmws are the shit! i feel i could get out of anything thats thrown at me while i'm driving. japanese vehicles have their strengths as well - but often a much tamer product. somewhat the automotive equivalent of a golf cart (can anyone say prius?) whats going on in america these days?!? one american manufacturer in particular, gm, is producing contending cars again. then the other two are kinda doing their own thing, or maybe not much at all... also, mass civil engineering projects- millau viaduct, the palms of jumeirah and jebel ali, three gorges dam, and burj dubai for example. the envelope continues to be pushed in design and it is exciting to see what new directions and advancements await us in the near future
