About Me

Started out rapping in my freshman year of high school in 93 at Hudson View In Yonkers. I began performing at local talent shows back in 94 where I bumped into one of the Fu-Schnickens members. After the show I was invited to a special but I turned it down for very important reasons. After graduating form Edward R. Murrow HS in brooklyn in 96, I started back rapping in an effort to start college. In 98 I did 3 joints which never saw the light of day. Labels like Warner Brothers and MCA like it but they weren’t looking for artists, and Sony (and the imprints under the umbrella back in 99) fronted on it, But one A&R who used to work for Trackmasters back in 98 told me that I need to put out something hot. So I took his advise and write songs that’ll be appropriate for the streets. In 99 I worked with Blaze magazine/24 Hour MC which was headed by former Quest records director John Fraizer, on the strength of doing promotions and at the same time trying to get my foot in the door at the same time I met DJ Kool Kid, I also bumped into 50 Cent (Who was with Trackmasters at the time before the How To Rob era), Genovese, Royal Flush, Eminem & Royce Da 5’9" (Whose peoples ask me if I could get on the mic and I turned down that for work reason), Krumbsnatcha, Draft Pick (1/2 of the duo was later known as Juelz Santana of the Diplomats), and more. I sent tapes to MCA where an A&R over there weren’t looking for new artists. I also hooked up with Ruff Ryders when they were with Interscope at that time and they like the music but keep sending new materials, and Untertainment where the A&R at Untertainment fronted on it. In 2000 & 2001 I met a whole lot of artists and still send my tapes to Def Jam and Roc-A-Fella records. An A&R at Epic fronted on it. In 2001 I send joints to DJ Clue’s Desert Storm records, Clue didn’t fronted on my joint and I did a 16 bar freestyle over the phone to him. Clue gave me good advices and told me to keep doing music and whatever I do best. In 2002, I send a tape to Roc-A-Fella Records hoping they’d give me a chance to express myself cause I thought they need new acts, but they pissed me off after I received a mail with my tape in it sealed in the same envelope I sent to them which says "Returned To Sender". Later in that same year, I went back in the studio to record "Instigators" and "Dismissed". In 2003 I performed at End Of The Weak, The 5 Spot, Mental Supreme Training camp and Hip Hop Palace’s showcase. That same year I recorded "Don’t Even Ask Me Why" and "They Ain’t Ready" (Which was played on 91.9 FM courtesy of DJ Ready Cee). During the exact same year, I auditioned for VH1’s Cutthroat & WB’s Looking for A Deal. I got my own organization called Wild Out Music Which I’m going to launch later but you could catch me anywhere and any place like EOW, Training Camp, Ace Of Spades and more. I recorded a new joint called "What The Ladies About", and did a freestyle on the "Streets On Lock" beat that ended up on DJ White Owl’s "International Hustler Pt. 2, but due to an unexpected vacation, I didn’t get to hear the track on the mixtape. Another freestyle I did was on the "Kick Push" beat thet ended up on DJ Deal$’ "Press Payment". My joint "What The Ladies About has been getting radio airplay courtesy of Ramy Ma’s DJ, DJ Bedtyme 357 2 times and counting. I did a joint for the streets called "Rock Bottom which is gonna be on Hot 97 and Power 105 1 as well as internet radio stations. I’m doing big things so expect something new from me real soon. I’m close to finishing up my mixtape LP but I might change the name. BK All Day Every Day! Brownsville!
