Writing, not-reading, Joss Whedon, Toasters, music, secular humanism, vegetarianism, Red vs Blue, Chinese romantic comedies, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Veronica Mars, cancelled TV shows, learning Japanese
You mean besides Joss Whedon? How about myself in ten years. Might be interesting. ;-)
Okay, okay...anyone interesting. Writers. Artists. Humanists. Atheists. Vegetarians. Browncoats. Toasters. Whatever.

And now onto my "friending" policy....
I never used to have one 'cause I didn't really have any friends, but now that I blog more, requests come out of the woodwork. So here it is:
1. I will friend just about anyone. Exceptions are people who seem crazy. You know who you are. Even when I frequented metaphysical forums, I thought the people who believed in giant, shape-shifting reptiles who drink blood and masquarade as the royal family were nutjobs. If you scare me because you talk about aliens coming down to drink tea with you and how a bath in cayenne pepper is going to save you from the upcoming plague orchestrated by the Illuminati, I'm sorry but I can't be your friend. I'm just weird that way. **Extra note: I don't care if you believe these things, I just don't want to hang out with the people who talk about nothing but David Icke and such.
2. This is pretty much me: I'm a pro-choice, pro-equal marriage, pro-secularism, pro-animal rights, atheist environmentalist vegertarian feminist Liberal. Yes, "big L"--as in the party. Also, I tend to swear. Like a whole fucking lot. I don't expect you to agree me with me, I don't expect you to like me, and I don't spend all day discussing my views. But that's me. And if you happen to be the opposite of that, and decide to friend me, that's cool--we can be friends. But just know I'm going to be a little leery and worried about your sanity. ;-) **Extra note: I have plenty of friends with opposing views--that's cool--but if I find out you're just friending me 'cause I'm an atheist and you want to convert me (yes, this has happened), I'm going to delete you 'cause that's obnoxious. Live and let live, m'kay? I don't spend my day attacking your belief system, so please leave me to my lack of one in peace. I don't want to debate, I just want to be left the fuck alone.
3. Don't stalk me. No, really, I'm not making a joke. It's not flattering--it's creepy. I like compliments and all that, but please don't send me pictures of you and talk about weird sex dreams you had. You don't even know me, dude--back off. Especially if you're from Turkey. No, I'm still not making a joke, and for those of you laughing now, I'm going to send my next stalker to YOUR MySpace page, LOL. **Extra note: no, I don't assume everyone is a stalker--usually I'll give people the benefit of the doubt. Just please don't creep me out.
4. I defriend people who fill up my bulletin space with twenty messages a day. I don't care that you found a cool new quiz or a funny joke, jackass. It's just bad manners to post constantly about that crap. If I'm that interested in you, I'll subscribe to your blog. Also, if you're the kind of person I mentioned in rule #2 and your messages are aimed at saving the heathens--even if you don't send out twenty a day--I'll still remove you.
And so my ends friending policy. No, I'm not usually such a bitca, I just like to be upfront. ;-)
