About Me



The idea for Shadow of the Locust was taken from the prophet Joel Chapter 2 of the Holy Scriptures. It describes a plague of locusts destroying everything in their path, signifying God's coming armies. Each locust alone is insignificant, but their strength comes in numbers as they support one another like family. That's who we are... a family of musicians and friends spanning the country, talented in every aspect of our culture and continuing to uplift and move forward together. As locusts, each one supports the other one. SUPPORT TRUTH IN HIP-HOP!!! Enough with the superficiality of the industry, this is OUR life and we're responsible for it.
