Timewarp inc. is Angelos Stoumpos (a.k.a Timewarp) a flaming musician from Athens.
He began his musical journey at the early age of 13. The experimenting of his own sounds as well as joint forces with other artists led to his debut appearance in the musical industry in the ethereal compilation Iodium in 1999 by M-beat. He there presented his chill style, which developed through the years under the influence of other music styles such as tech dub breaks and funk.
His big break worldwide came in 2003 with his appearance in Ecco Chambers Black Coffee 6 with his full groovy electro-funk ambient track Funke. Following up his second personal LP Time in waves in 2004 that featured in the second position of the Deutche chill-out charts (www.dcoc.de).
During the past year Timewarp has worked with a group of musicians Lilian (Vocals), Emma (Vocals), Rxn (Vocals), George T. (Electric Base), Kostas K (Percs), Kimonas (Guitar), Nikos BJ (Guitar), Fanis P. (Guitar),George M. (Flute), who inspired him to create his upcoming third LP Dub my funky groove, a mixture of dubby, groovy, funky and chill tunes, showing the growth maturity of his music along the years.
