About Me

Eamonn O’Connor is a 27 year old Dublin based performing musician. He has been writing and performing from the tender age of 14. At twenty one he was signed with Warner Records in London for a period of two years but after differences in artistic opinions parted company with the label. In his gigging years Eamonn has supported the cream of Irish talent including Paddy Casey, Mundy, Glen Hansard as well as many others. He has also shared stage with international superstars such as Semisonic and Evan Dando (The Lemonheads).Eamonn’s music is a blend of folk, country and rock n roll all meshed together. His gigs are energetic and diverse. Live performances on TV and radio have been met with much enthusiasm from the public and the media alike.The influence of songwriters of the highest calibre such as Dylan, Springsteen and Young can be heard and witnessed in Eamonn’s live shows and recordings. 2007 saw Eamonn release his debut EP “Yellow Man Street” to critical acclaim and gained much airplay on national Irish radio. 2008 will see the release of Eamonn’s first LP and the rest remains to be written….“Yellow Man Street contains genuine spine-tingling moments” HOT PRESS 2006
