UK TOUR CALLED OFF AND NEWS
Skylark decided to call off the scheduled UK tour because of lacks in the organization (due to the promoter charlesmichael events) that couldn't assure a regular and adequate live tour.
Skylark send a sincere apology to their British fans and hope to have a more concrete chance to play live in the United Kingdom in the future.
In the meantime, the band is heading again to the United States to master the audio parts of the DVD "Live in Phoenix 2008".
The releasing date will be announced soon, together with amazing news.
COMING BACK FROM THE UNITED STATES
The first live experience in the States is successfully concluded.
The band is coming back to Phoenix at the end of this Summer to mix and master the live DVD related to this concert when some outdoor shootings for "Dying inside" are also scheduled. The releasing date should be fixed in early 2009.
Meanwhile the band is also starting the recording session for an amazing "Best of" concieved of previous hits partly re-arranged and entirely re-recorded.
SKYLARK & BETO VAZQUEZ'S INFINITY
Kiara will appear on the next work of the Argentinian masterimind Beto Vazquez's Infinity that in the past featured artists such as Tarja Turunen and Fabio Lione.
Eddy is also preapring a neo-classic introduction for the same album.

Skylark Biography
Skylark is an incredible story of a metal band which reached unexpected results, writing a page destined to remain unique in the history of music.
Starting as a cult/underground band in 1994 and built on the power symphonic compositions written and arranged by Eddy Antonini and Roberto “Brodo” Potenti, Skylark has never had the chance to enter the big world distribution, meeting the skepticism of the most important media and record company. In spite of this, the band year by year has conquered a growing number of fans scored amazing and incredible goals such as the sellings result, more than 100.000 copies sold, and a series of powerful concerts all around the world sharing the stage with band such as Royal Hunt, Running Wild, Edguy, Virgin Steel. No other underground band can show such a kind of achievements. The place where Skylark music reached the top is for sure the Far East, especially Japan where the band had the chance to perform in three wonderful live tours between the 2003 and the 2005, getting two sold out in Shinjuku Loft and Shibuya Cyclone, nice gigs in Club Quattro (Osaka and Tokyo) besides a show in the famous, crowdy and excited Club Citta in Kawasaki.
One of the fans favourite shot is, for sure, the long Fantasy and original saga took on in 1997 with the album “Dragon’s Secrets”, an eternal fight between Good and Evil told through some historic and some brand new characters like White Warrior, Belzebu and Princess of the Snow.
The new record “Divine Gates part 3: The Last Gate”, is published in May 2007 in Japan and in June in the rest of the world. This record writes the last Chapter of this Saga and enters the marketing obviously strong-awaited by fans. It also features an amazing performance of the singer Kiara, interpreting Princess of the Snow, who entered the band at the end of 2003 conquering the heart of the Skylark audience.
