About Me

My primary instrument is the Six-Guitar, I love playing and soloing with a rhythm section behind me, there's nothing like it, still my favorite and main thing I do. For the last few years I've been playing the 8-String guitar and tap acoustic guitar, a very challenging and fun change in direction. As far as 8-String guitars are concerned, I play four kinds; an 8-String Conklin, 8-String Ibanez, 8-String Novax, and an 8-String N/S Stick Guitar-Bass. I've been playing, writing and arranging music for a long time, and have a lot of material to date in all idioms. On all of my recordings (including the songs posted on this page), I play every instrument except the drums and saxophone. My drummer Eric Hennen did all of the great recording and production on my music. I have three CDs out: Without Words "Still Here", "Songs Written on the Train", and "Tapfool" 1347-1352, all CDs are for sale on www.CDBaby.com Other instruments I play also: sub-contra bass, dobro, mandolin, ebow, and some keys. "Au Revoir" was a no overdubs solo acoustic number. I'll be posting some new things in a spell, thanks for checking out my noise.
