Our musical influences include Godsmack, Tool, Led Zeppelin, Down, Alice in Chains, Corrosion of Conformity, Black Sabbath, and Clutch...to name a few. We strive to be a unique and diverse group of musicians that actively journey through the light and shade of music. Our musical landscape is set in heavy & thunderous jams, yet we visit the lighter acoustic places that many bands tend to forget. In order to tell an epic tale there must tension & release, body & climax. We are original, learning and growing from our influences rather than simply becoming them. Originality and substance are key...Congress of the Crow was the name given to a Kama Sutra position known to most folks as the "69". In it's artistic form, it's a symbol of Harmony, Balance and Strength. It is similar in many ways to the Yin-Yang symbol. We believe that everything in the universe has a balance that must be maintained in order to live harmoniously, or to create honest substantial music.
