I love music for lots of reasons. Music always helps me to relax. Music even helps me out when I am feeling down and out!! This is one of the loves of my life. I love listening to different types of music. I listen to Jazz, R&B, Neo- Soul, Gospel, Christian Music, a lil bit of clean Rap, Alternative, Classical, and whatever else is worth listenin to. I love singing as well. I've been doin that every since I was about 5. As God blessed me with the gift to sing, he also blessed me with the gift to start singing with the world renowed gospel chior Pastor Keith D. Brooks & New Creation. I have been with them for 7 years now, and I have learned so much. While singing with them, God allowed me to sing backup with some gr8 recording artsist like Timothy Wright, James Hall, Dorothy Norwood, Dottie Peoples, Beverley Crawford, and a host of other great people. While singing with this group, we were able to do our live and final recording back in december of 2003 and now we are anxiously waitin for the release of that cd. I had the pleasure of singin backup on 4 cds. 3 that are out, and 1 that is being released. God has truly shown me favor over the years and I thank him for that b/c he is about to elevate me even higher in my music, so be on the lookout for me!!! Musically, my inspirations are: My all time fav Kim Burrell, Jennifer Hudson, Jill Scott, James Hall & Worship & Praise, Rick Dillard & New G, Myron Butler, Mahalia Jackson, Daryl Coley, Iseral & New Breed, Keith Brooks & New Creation, Tribe if Levi, Common, Tye Tribbett & GA, Beyonce, Nikki Ross, all of the Motown Legends, Tonex, etc.... I can go on for days, but this is my life and my world!! I'll continue to love it til the day I die!!

My hero's are 1st and foremost Jesus Christ who is my saving grace and the keeper of my soul. He has truly been there for me when times got hard and when I felt as though there was no way of escape. I LOVE JESUS with my heart & soul!!!!!!!!!!!! He is the best!!!!!!!! And I know 4 sure he will never let me down!!!! My parents who are my life lines and who will never let me down b/c they care soo much about me. Whenever I need anythin, they are always there and I thank them soooo much for that!! My grandmother who always stood for holiness and never settled for anything less. She also taught me how a lady is suppose to act and dress!!! She went on to be with the Lord back in 98, but I miss her dearly. I love u granny! My sisters/godparents who are my world!!! Whenever I have a problem or when I need somethin, they have TRULY been right there to back me up and support me. Even when I have a problem or they think I might be havin problems with anyone, all I have to do is the Scottdale holla and they'll be right there!!! LOL!!!!! They have provided soo much for me ova the years and I thank them dearly!!! Love yall much!!! I can't forget my friends who have been there for me over the years and also my new friends who I have became close too over the past year!!! I love you all as well.
