Hey there, my name is Chad, I am the founder of a Ghost Hunting team located in the Columbia River Gorge known as "The NorthWest Phantom Hunters." I have been Ghost Hunting for about 12 years now.. We stopped in 2001.. And just recently started back up.. Now we are going about it a little bit more seriously..!! This region that we are located in is rich in history and it's own folklore, starting with our Native Americans on up to the historical landmarks that by some, have been long forgotten. The Portland Underground, known as The Shanghai Tunnels,a labyrinth filled with booby traps and pitfalls where the Chinese Immigrants were imprisoned and awaited to be sold as slaves to traders and pirates that would travel to the not-yet completed city of Portland to trade and buy goods. In Vancouver Washington, Fort Vancouver, and the Barracks and The Officers Row, just to name a few known for their active hauntings linking to the ones who founded the cities that we have today. Even my hometown, Hood River Oregon, has it's own unique landmarks and history. My plans are to introduce a new personality to the field of Paranormal Research. One that is humorous but the real thing. I have alot of experience with hauntings of all types. Even the most agressive and terrifying. This is a fascinating field and there is alot to learn from these Phantoms that to so many living today they have faded into myth, but the Boogie Man does exist.
