Life is an adventure and I'm living it!

About Me

Here's how some would describe me:
Trustworthy, honest, loyal, mysterious, quirky, sexual, dissociated, deep, introverted, outgoing, intelligent, vague, sad, cheerful, independent, confident, shy, bold, artistic, moody, calm, generous, youthful, mature, soothing, seething, energetic, enthusiastic, exhausted, scared, cautious, warm, vibrant, spiritual, loving, strong, weak, provoking, sensual, practical, idealistic, imaginative, inspiring and friendly.

How I see myself... As an individual first and foremost! Then as a mother, grandmother, family member and loyal friend.

As a writer I find that most of my time is spent in isolation. There are moments when I just need to break out and enjoy life. To visit the lake, see a friend, watch a movie, spend time with another human being. These moments are rare and a night on the town is even more so. I cherish those moments more than most know.

My Interests

Okay, here's the big one! PLEASE LISTEN UP! I'm not here to add numbers to my page so if you want to be added, please keep in mind that I expect some form of communication. Friendship doesn't start or continue by sitting in the background being silent. You want to be added as a friend, then stand up and be counted! Otherwise, you won't be staying long. Thank you for listening... on with the show.

Drawing, martial arts, dancing, motorcycles, and discovering new things. Spending time with family and friends.

Proud of Dave, "Grover", Daemon Seth, John and many other family and friends in the service!

Dreaming of foreign lands and mythical creatures, magic, faeries and wee folk.

You Are Dr. Pepper
You're very unique and funky, yet you still have a bit of traditionalism to you.
People who like you think they have great taste... and they usually do.

Your best soda match: Root Beer

I'm totally interested in investigating the paranormal and when I need inspiration for writing, I work with...

I am the Associate Producer for a new indie company from right here in Iowa!

I'd like to meet:

John Denver ~ I already met him... and then he died. Was it something I said?

Dog the Bounty Hunter and his family! Awesome people! I believe wholeheartedly in the mission of this family. It is a shame when a man and his family devote their life to fighting crime and it is thrown back in their faces. Support the CHAPMAN FAMILY!!!!!

Music:

Metal to mood, country to rock-n-roll, hip-hop to rap and techo... you name it, I'm probably danc'n to it (if only to embarrass my kids!

I love promoting my friends here on MySpace so never fear, there will be more songs coming from good friends such as Cannon Cruz! He's on my top list so check out his songs!!!!

My everchanging music choices...

Take on me ~ A Ha ..

Movies:

Give me an action flick and I'm in heaven... throw in a good looking male actor and I'll drool too! But then again, I'm partial to fantasy type films as well.

Television:

I enjoy most FBI shows on A&E channel, American Choppers, Battlestar Galactica, Dirty Jobs, Supernatural, The Closer, Mythbusters. Fallen on ABC Family (looks to be a cool show) and Parco PI.

Books:

Janet Evanovich with Staphanie Plumb as the bumbling bounty hunter.

Basically any mystery where the kickass hero is a WOMAN! Oh yeah! Try these firsts of the series...

Heroes:

All the men and women who put their life on the line every day to protect people, who in some cases don't even appreciate it!

Having a Dry Sense of Humor

It's rather interesting that some people get me, and some just plain don't understand when I'm joking. I blame it on my father who has a complete dry sense of humor. I swear he should have been a Br...
