Sasha And The Shamrocks

Happy Imbolc!

About Me

Sasha and the Shamrocks is gothic riot grrrrl garage rock born from the exploding star of a former guitar widow. A childhood glued to the Oldies radio station, a feral youth chasing The Cure around the world... These songs are all true. These songs are all not true.

Chris Streng, formerly of the influential space-rock band The Stratford 4, pounds the pagan skins for the Shamrocks, and the band is rounded out live by a revolving cast of talented Nevada County and San Francisco musicians. You can also find me showing off my skillz on the Omnichord in Chris’ project The Dazzling Strangers.

We are currently working on our new album which will be released by San Francisco label PAX in Spring 2008!

For all of you Green Witches, check out my Herbal Blog, Kitchen Witch.

Quit the job. Hit the road. Shake it loose.
Kiss the girl.
